As you prepare to break camp, two figures suddenly appear close by. One is a half-orc warrior, apparently unconscious on the ground, and the other is a blue-skinned female, floating in the air. She holds up her hand and speaks in a monotone voice: 'I am Vaer.' She pauses for a moment. 'I am not here to aid you, however you have been granted a new resource from the Library.' She gestures towards the unconscious half-orc.
'The Library eagerly awaits your return. The Library does not approve of sending its guests into harm's way, but that is the will of its Master. I must return now, before I am missed.' She holds up a silvery device before her, then disappears.
